Do you offer phone or live chat support?
Not at the moment. Support is by email: send a message with the form above and the reply goes to the address you enter.
How quickly will I get a reply?
It depends on your plan. Starter and Developer include email support, answered on business days. Pro includes priority support, so those messages are answered first. Free plan messages are answered as time allows, and the FAQ covers most common questions.
Can you help with the API or an integration?
Yes. Start with the REST API docs or the MCP server page. If you are still stuck, send the request you made and the response you got. Never include your full API key.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
From the billing portal in your account. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then the account returns to the free plan.
Where can I find answers right now?
